Solmira: Terms and Conditions

1. What Solmira Is

Solmira is a self-reflection and personal growth tool. Based on your answers to a series of questions and the life moment you select, Solmira generates a personalized "archetype portrait" using an AI-assisted process. This content is intended for entertainment, reflection, and personal growth purposes only.

Solmira is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, psychological diagnosis, or professional guidance of any kind, and should never be treated as a substitute for support from a licensed professional. See the full Disclaimer in Section 7.

2. Accounts

To receive a full portrait, you'll create an account via Google sign-in, Apple sign-in, or a magic link sent to your email. You're responsible for keeping access to your account secure. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Solmira.

3. Portrait Content

Portraits are generated based on the information you provide during the quiz and, where applicable, your purchase history. They are subjective, personalized content, not factual claims or professional assessments about you.

We do not guarantee that a portrait will produce any particular outcome, insight, or feeling.

Portraits and shareable cards are for your personal use. You may share them, including on social media, but may not resell, redistribute commercially, or claim authorship of the underlying archetype system.

4. Payment

All payments are processed by Creem as our Merchant of Record. This means:

• Your transaction is legally with Creem, not directly with us.
• Creem handles sales tax, VAT, GST, and payment compliance for your purchase.
• By purchasing, you also agree to Creem's Buyer Terms of Service.
• Current pricing for the Complete Portrait is displayed clearly before purchase.

5. Refunds

• Complete Portrait: Refunds are honored within 7 days of purchase if the portrait clearly failed to generate or was technically broken. Refunds are not issued simply because the content "didn't resonate," since the portrait is explicitly subjective, personalized content by nature.

All approved refunds are issued through Creem and may take a few business days to appear.

6. Intellectual Property

The Solmira brand, the seven-archetype framework as expressed on this site, portrait structure, design, and all original written content belong to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose the underlying system to build a competing product.

Solmira is a self-reflection tool created for entertainment and personal growth purposes. It is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, or psychological diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for support from a licensed mental health professional.

The archetype framework used by Solmira draws inspiration from Carl Jung's work and nearly a century of research building on it, but Solmira itself is not a clinical or scientifically validated diagnostic tool, and is not affiliated with, licensed by, or endorsed by any researcher or assessment whose work informed our thinking. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or a crisis helpline in your area.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solmira and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any decisions made based on your portrait. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
